Psychotherapy is based on our perspective, and looks deeply into the interpersonal relationships we have. Through the processing of our family dynamics, history of relationships, traumatic experiences, and identifying of coping patterns (adaptive and maladatpive), an individual can heal from their past, improve their present, and set goals for their future.
